Zero-Tolerance Policy

Protecting minors from Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Shlinks maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a platform that is safe for all users and protective of minors.

Prohibited Content

We prohibit any content that sexualizes or endangers children, whether fictional or real. This includes images, videos, text, illustrations, animations, or any other form of media.

Our Policy Includes:

No sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
No sharing of third-party links to CSAM content
No discussions of sexually explicit conduct involving minors
No content that endangers or exploits children

Content Restrictions:

To ensure the safety of all children, we do not allow any content featuring minors on our platform, even if the intention is non-sexual. The only exceptions are:

Discussions about family planning in the context of relationship building
Mentions of existing children in appropriate, relevant, and lawful contexts

If you must include an image that contains your child, the child must be completely obscured (not just their face) with appropriate editing tools. This allows sharing context without compromising safety.

Consequences of Violation

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension, followed by permanent deletion. We also report violations to relevant authorities as required by law.

Reporting Content

We provide an in-app reporting feature on every user profile. To report a concern:

Tap the three dots on a user's profile
Select "Report User"
Choose the most appropriate category

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Shlinks. This requirement is strictly enforced.

Misrepresentation of your age will result in immediate account suspension and deletion.
